Privacy policy

• Your account: your name and email from Google sign-in, and the phone number and contact email you add.
• What you do: bookings, orders, payments (we see status and amount, not your card or UPI details), passes, plans with friends, reviews and returns.
• Messages: your chats with Yara and with businesses. Private support chats are stored encrypted.
• Location: only if you share it for a nearby search or save it; you can remove it any time.
• Calendar: if you connect Google Calendar, Yara reads only whether you are busy and adds events you approve.
• Business details: for businesses, the profile, listings, hours, address and payout details you provide.

To confirm and manage your bookings and orders, take and settle payments, send you updates and reminders on WhatsApp or email, let businesses serve you, answer your questions, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

• The business you deal with sees what it needs to serve you, such as your name, your bookings and your messages to it. It does not see your other bookings or your chats with Yara.
• Friends in a plan see your answers and name in that plan only.
• Service providers that run Rasphia: Google (sign-in and Calendar), Razorpay (payments), WhatsApp / Meta (messages), our hosting and database providers, and AI model providers that power Yara. They process data for us and for no other purpose.
• Authorities where the law requires it.

Your chats with Yara are kept for 90 days and you can clear or export them any time. Booking, order and payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting, disputes and legal duties. Support chats are kept as the business's own policy says. You can ask us to delete your account.

You can see and change your details, turn off WhatsApp or email updates, remove your saved location, disconnect Google Calendar, clear Yara's memory and history, and ask for a copy or deletion of your data. Use the settings in the app, or write to us on the contact page.

Private messages and support records are encrypted, access is limited to the people who need it, and sign-ins use Google. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.

Rasphia is not meant for children under 18 acting on their own.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and update the date above.
